Stainless steel body, not plastic, so light never reaches the beans and the walls do not hold onto yesterday's oils. The seal is a proper gasket. The lid unscrews for washing.
Who it is for
Anyone buying whole beans in bags bigger than a week. It works just as well for tea, spices or flour.
Who it is not for
If you finish a bag in three days, air is not your problem and any jar will do. The lid is hand wash only.
