These terms apply to the SOPLIRA online store at soplira.com. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Orders: placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if a price is listed incorrectly, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we refund it in full.

Prices and payment: prices are shown in US dollars and include the item price only unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Products: we do our best to describe and display products accurately, but colours, sizes and packaging may vary slightly from the images on the site.

Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our shipping policy and our return and refund policy, which form part of these terms.

Accounts: if you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.

Intellectual property: the content on this site, including text, images and the SOPLIRA name, may not be copied or used commercially without our permission.

Liability: to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Changes: we may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
