Shipping

We ship worldwide, and shipping is free on all orders.

Some items ship from our United States warehouse. Where a product page says "Ships from the United States", the order leaves our US warehouse and arrives in 3 to 7 business days, tracked, with no customs step. Every other item ships from our overseas warehouse on the timeline below.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery is 10 to 20 business days from the day you order, depending on your location and local customs handling.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Tracking details can take up to 72 hours to start updating.

Delays caused by customs, weather or the local carrier are outside our control, but we will help you trace any delayed parcel. Email orders@soplira.com with your order number.

Any import duties or taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will resend the order or refund it in full.
