Who it is for

Who it is not for
It raises the screen, which means your hands can no longer use the laptop keyboard comfortably. You need a separate keyboard, and if you are not willing to add one, a stand will make your setup worse rather than better.
One thing worth knowing
Set the top of the screen level with your eyes, not higher. The common mistake is going too tall, which trades a forward lean for a backward one.
