Fireplace Aroma Diffuser — Matte Black

Why Your Order Takes Two Weeks, and What We Do About It

If you have ordered from us, you have probably noticed that delivery is measured in weeks rather than days. That is worth explaining properly rather than burying in a shipping policy.

We do not hold a warehouse for most of the range

Soplira is small. For most of what we sell we do not rent a building full of stock, which means we are not guessing months in advance which colour of which product will sell and then discounting whatever we guessed wrong.

When you order, the piece is dispatched from the manufacturer. It travels further than it would from a local warehouse, and that is the honest cost of the model.

What that buys you

Price. A warehouse, its staff and its unsold stock are all in the price of everything a larger shop sells. That cost is not in ours.

Selection. We can stock a piece that sells twice a month. A shop paying rent on stock cannot — it has to concentrate on things that move fast, which is why every large shop starts to look like every other one.

What we do to make it shorter

We choose suppliers on dispatch speed as well as price, and where the same seller stocks several things we sell, we buy from them deliberately — so an order of three pieces arrives as one parcel on one day rather than three parcels across three weeks.

That last one is the difference between an order that feels handled and an order that feels lost.

Some pieces are now faster

That is changing for part of the range. A few pieces now sit in a warehouse in the United States before you order them, and those arrive in three to seven days rather than weeks. The Fireplace Aroma Diffuser is the first of them.

You do not have to guess which is which. Every product page states its own delivery window, on the page, before you buy. If it says three to seven days it ships from inside the country. If it says ten to twenty it comes from the maker, and the paragraphs above are why.

What we will not do

Show a delivery estimate we do not believe. Every window on this site is the real one, including the slow end. A shop that promises five days and delivers in eighteen has not made anything faster — it has just decided that you finding out later is your problem.

If it matters, ask before ordering

If something is a gift with a date on it, email before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will arrive. Sometimes the answer is no. That is a better outcome for both of us than a parcel that turns up in January.

You can see what we stock across every room.

Common questions

Why does delivery take so long?
Most pieces are dispatched directly from the manufacturer rather than from a warehouse, so they travel further before reaching you. That is the honest cost of not renting a building full of stock and guessing what will sell.

How do I know how long my order will take?
Every product page states its own delivery window before you buy. Three to seven days means it ships from a warehouse in the United States. Ten to twenty means it comes from the maker.

Can I get a straight answer for a gift with a deadline?
Email before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will arrive in time — including when the answer is no.

Will a multi-item order arrive as separate parcels?
Not if we can help it. Where the same seller stocks several things we sell, we buy from them deliberately so the order arrives as one parcel on one day rather than three parcels across three weeks.
